Nigerian Dentists get Invisalign Skill Certification Opportunity

Dental practitioners in the country have been offered an opportunity to sharpen their skill under a capacity building programme organised by Orthodontic Dental Enterprise (ODE) in Nigeria, in partnership with Align Technology.

Initiated by Invisalign,a global leader in clear aligner therapy, dentists would not only have the privilege to enhance their orthodontic skills but will enable them to enjoy a range of benefits of their profession.

According to ODE, the Invisalign Certification Programme allows dental professionals to become certified providers of Invisalign treatment.

The company explained that upon certification, a dental professional can evaluate patients, create treatment plans using Invisalign’s proprietary software, and oversee the course of treatment to achieve straighter teeth and a more desirable smile.

It however, said that without being a certified Invisalign provider, a doctor will not be able to provide Invisalign treatment to patients.

‘’The objective is to build the capacity of experienced dental providers in Nigeria and to enhance their orthodontic skills under the renowned Invisalign Certification Programme.’’

The Invisalign Certification Programme allows dental professionals to become certified providers of Invisalign treatment.
