Dr. Craze Basks as Content Creation filled with Untapped Opportunities

Emmanuel Iwueke, popularly known as Dr. Craze is basking in the euphoria of the moment as an actor and comedian.

He is one of few to pioneer content creation in Nigeria and has stayed creatively consistent through the years pursuing his craft and social activism.

A medical doctor by profession, Dr Craze says the value brought to the industry with the growth of content creation has been immense but still filled with untapped potential of content creation especially in Nigeria. And he hopes to explore it going into the future.

While re-telling the tale of his journey into content creation with a bit of nostalgia, he noted that content creation has brought an unrivaled disruption in the media ecosystem with creators wielding unimaginable power as demigods due to the vastness of social media.

Dr. Craze highlighted the relevance of content creators in pushing narratives and various forms of promotional campaigns, from music, movies, politics, governance, social injustice, insecurity, advertising, and more.

He says creators have become highly sought-after commodities due to their versatility, but have not been pushing the needle to do more.

However, Dr. Craze is taking the lead in the conversation to become more socially active, building social communities, creating outreach platforms and initiatives to give back through mentorship and empowerment programmes, capacity-building workshops, and educational financing for over 1,000 students across secondary, and tertiary institutions all in the works.
