Lange And Grant Launches Ultra-Modern Manufacturing for Eco-Friendly Panels

In a groundbreaking collaboration that champions innovation and environmental responsibility, Lange and Grant Commodities Limited, a Modular Construction company in Nigeria has launched its state-of-the-art Ultra-Modern Continuous Line.
The event, in partnership with the Ministry of Environment and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), signifies a profound commitment to sustainability and the preservation of our planet.

The collaboration between the company, Ministry of Environment and UNDP exemplifies the potential for industry, government, and international organizations to address global challenges collectively. The commissioning ceremony took place at Lange and Grant cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Lagos. With a remarkable production capacity of one million square meters per annum, this facility stands as a pioneering milestone in green building technology and eco friendly construction materials.

The Ultra-Modern Continuous Line specializes in producing insulated sandwich and roof panels featuring polyurethane insulated foam, catering to a range of sectors, including commercial cold rooms, food distribution hubs, export terminals, transport terminals, airports, pharmaceuticals, food industries, schools and low cost housing.

Managing Director of the company, Tunde Okoya remarked that innovation is the positive change and this milestone is a testament to that belief, he added that it revolutionizes the construction industry, offering eco-friendly building materials while reducing post-harvest losses, especially in the horticultural value chain. He added that, “We stand at the forefront of green building technology, promoting low consumption, high efficiency and economic and environmental protection.”

Also speaking at the ceremony, the Commissioner for Commerce, Corporate Trade And Investment, Lagos State, Folashade Ambrose-Medebem who represented the Lagos State Governor described the Insulated Panel Factory as a testament to the vision, commitment and relentless pursuit of excellence that defines the company. She added that, “Our administration will continue to design policies that enable industries to flourish and transact business with ease. As we progress on this journey, I urge all stakeholders, from government agencies, businessmen and individuals, to embrace sustainable building practices, and make Lagos State a pioneer in the green building industry, setting the pace for others to follow.”
