African Alliance Insurance Pays N27.6bn Claims

The Managing Director African Alliance Insurance Plc, Joyce Ojemudia, has said that the company paid over N27.6 billion claims this year.
Ojemudia who stated this at the strategy session and retreat of the company in Lagos said the company will maintain and even exceed its consistent increase in claims settlement year on year which it has maintained since the year 2020.
Ojemudia said African Alliance is committed to putting the customer first in all dealings, while ensuring prompt responses and settlement of claims.
“From 2020, year till date, African Alliance Insurance has paid out over N27.6 billion in genuine claims to customers and remains committed to doing so in the years to come. We wish you maintain and even exceed our consistent 17 percent increase in claims settlement year on year which we have maintained since 2020”.
She said given its performance, African Alliance stands as a testament of resilience and strength. The company is not just a life insurer but a custodian of trust, safeguarding the dreams and aspirations of countless individuals and families in the society”.
She said the claims payment by the company this year the company has once declared its position as a beacon of unwavering strength and stability in the Nigerian insurance industry as it gears towards 2024 business year despite the heightening inflation rate.
Ojemudia, said the annual retreat brings the board and management of the life insurance specialist together to review their 2024 outlook and decide on winning customer focused strategies to deliver more value to the customers.
