1,500 Nigerian Pupils Currently Studying in UK

About 1,500 Nigerian pupils are currently studying in the United Kingdom at a range of prep, senior and sixth form schools across the nation.

However, leading United Kingdom Boarding Schools will return to Lagos this month to meet with parents who are considering the opportunities for their children to attend school in the UK.

Heads and Senior leaders are looking forward to returning to Lagos this January to meet with parents who are considering the opportunities for their own children.

There will be two events designed for families who wish to find out more, they are organised by Mark Brooks Education in association with the UK’s Department for Business and Trade.

An Education Reception and Charity Fashion Show would be held at The Wheatbaker Hotel, Ikoyi, Lagos from 7pm to 9pm, Friday 19th January 2024.

It will be an opportunity to network with schools in an informal and engaging setting, while the second event will be the UK Boarding Schools Week – Exhibition, also at The Wheatbaker from 1pm – 5pm, Saturday 20th January 2024.

The schools attending will include Badminton School, Cardiff Sixth Form College, City of London Freemen’s School, Downside School, Earlscliffe, Lancing College, LVS Ascot, Marymount International School London, Queen Ethelburga’s Collegiate, St. Clare’s, Oxford, TASIS The American School in England, Wellington School.
