He said: “This is the time to reward Osaro Onaiwu who has been in active service of the PDP in the last 24 years. He is also a foundation member of the PDP since inception.”
Ubandoria explained that Onaiwu was bringing to the table a campaign based on competency and character, as “he will ensure the protection of lives and property and massive social development and economic advancement.”
The spokesman of Onaiwu campaign explained that though Edo South senatorial zone had governed the state for 16 years, it controls over 58 per cent of the voting population in the state..
He explained that Onaiwu was loyal to the party even when the foundation of the party was shaken with crisis, and remains a loyal member.
“There should be reward for loyalty for the services done to the party. He has spent over 24 years as a loyal party member.
“Onaiwu is the solution to Edo politics… He will offer viable economic and infrastructural development. His manifesto is to develop the state and ensure unhindered development and security.
“He works with many governors and wants to use his contacts for the benefits of the state. Onaiwu is an insider who knows the developmental needs of the state,” he added.
