Speaking at the event, Kingsley Nwosu, General Manager, ATCO Homes, said, “Leadership encompasses all fields. In a competitive and ever-transforming global market. It is the responsibility of every society to identify, develop, and empower future leaders to strengthen its market position. This is a crucial task.”
“We realised the role of the private sector in supporting the government and community-based organisations that are making efforts to nurture a new generation of leaders. We are invested in this drive as a business that focuses on helping people achieve their finest aspiration. We believe in building a formidable investment buffer for the future through the purchase of high-yielding real estate assets in choice locations of Lagos such as Ajah, Lekki and Ibeju-Lekki, currently tagged ‘the new Lagos’.”
During his address, Odunlade Adekola charged the young audience. He spoke about the value of humility and time management skills. According to the actor, “No one can tell exactly what the future holds. But as you work harder each day, respect people, stay humble and avoid all kinds of distractions; you will reach your goal in life.”
Also AY, Broda Shaggi and Kofi motivated the participants. They reiterated the importance of humility, integrity and determination in rising to the top in any endeavour.
Meanwhile, Tolu Onalaja, the Chairman Organising Committee for the leadership program, thanked ATCO Homes, Odunlade Adetola, other sponsors and fellow Rotarians for their support.
