Group Unveils Z Korting Housing Initiative For Younger Generations

To Deliver 17 Blocks Of Five Storey Buildings In Abuja

Foremost real estate development company, kairosHof on Tuesday unveiled an ambitious and innovative housing initiative called “Z Korting” targeted towards young professionals and entrepreneurs, generally, young adults.

Speaking at a press conference organized to launch the initiative and official partnership agreement signing among collaborators, in Abuja, Olagoke Fagbohun, the Group Chairman, and Managing Director of kairosHof Group, said the project which pilot phase starts with 17 units of five storey Buildings, is designed to meet the demands of the Nigerian community, especially the younger generations.

He said all the partners had come together to ensure they provide the type of product the company wants its clients to get, stressing that the project is one of the best for the new generation.

kairosHof boss said even though, the company is using Abuja as a launch pad, for the pilot phase, there are plans to expand to other mega cities in the country such as Lagos and Port Harcourt.

“It is our pleasure to have our partners here to provide the type of service we want our clients to have. And make sure that the housing units meet the demands of the 21 Century housing accommodations” he said.

Ojehomon Anetor, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of kairosHof Energy, described the project as live, work, play and eat apartments complex designed for the young minds.

Anetor said they idea is to bring home the new way people live in other climes, and the young generations who have created digital economy around their living places.

The structure is designed from research across different parts of the world to offer a world class facility for those who would be keying into this project” he said.

According to him, the young generations are not yet well captured into the housing investment structure in Nigeria, hence the kairosHof decided to lead that drive by creating a product that caters to the young people in the country.

He declared that the project would provides the young generations investment opportunities in real estate, such that they can own, and use the properties as revenue sources.

Anetor said the housing units would be equipped with high speed internet, 24/7 electricity supply, common lounge spaces within the lobby, common laundry spaces, to encourage networking opportunities within residential clusters.
