ActivEdge Technologies CEO Congratulates Enugu State on Award

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of ActivEdge Technologies, Mr. George Agu, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Enugu State, Governor Peter Mbah who was last Friday awarded Governor of the Year 2023 by New Telegraph Newspaper.

In a statement, it was noted that the award ceremony which took place at the Balmoral Event Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos saw Governor Mbah recognized for his outstanding contributions to the development and progress of Enugu State, alongside Governors Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State, Douye Diri of Bayelsa State, Gombe State Governor Inuwa Yahaya, and Kebbi State Governor Nasir Idris who were also honored in various categories.

Speaking on the award received by the Governor, the Managing Director of ActivEdge Technologies, Mr. George Agu, said Governor Mbah has demonstrated unmatchable leadership in his agenda to offer citizens of Enugu state prosperity and improved wellbeing.

Agu, who joined the Governor and his entourage to receive the award, stated that the company was determined to support the government in achieving its lofty goals, especially in the area of technology and digital transformation.

According to him, “Mbah’s visionary leadership and ground-breaking innovations in the state have not only transformed the state but have also positively impacted the lives of its residents, thereby making his recognition as the Governor of the Year in Courage in Leadership a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence and service to the good people of Enugu state.

According to him, “The visionary initiatives have not only elevated the standard of living for the people but have also positioned Enugu state as a beacon of progress and development”.

“I am keen to emphasize on the prosperity of Ndi Enugu through some strategic projects. The evidence of this commitment is so obvious looking at the pace of infrastructure development and capacity development in the state.
