CDV Properties CEO Felicitates Enugu Governor, on the Award as Governor of the year 2023

In celebration of the award conferred on His Excellency, the Governor of Enugu state, Gov. Peter Mbah as the Governor of the Year 2023 in Courage in Leadership at the New Telegraph Awards 2023 held on Friday, February 2, 2024, the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of CDV Properties Limited, Dr. Charles Mba, has commended the governor saying that it was a recognition well deserved following the pace-setting achievements of his government in Enugu state since resumption of office.

In a statement, it was noted that the renowned real estate czar urged the governor to continue in the strides as more recognitions are bound to come his way given the governor’s committed efforts and accomplishments which are acknowledged across the state and Nigeria.

The statement remarked that the prestigious award ceremony which was hosted at the Balmoral Event Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos had other high flyers and award-winning Governors of the year, including the distinguished Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State, Douye Diri of Bayelsa State, Gombe State Governor Inuwa Yahaya, and Kebbi State Governor Nasir Idris who was also honored in various categories and has been described as good omen of bigger and brighter hope for Enugu state government.

Speaking on the significance of the award received by the Governor, Mba, who joined other members of the governor’s close associates said he was passionate about the vision for a progressive and development-oriented Enugu state and has a determined commitment to support the government as part of the governor and his team toward accomplishment the laudable vision for the state.

Mba said: “Governor Peter Mbah’s astute leadership style and dedication to the welfare of the Enugu people is commendable, through his grassroots projects that are problem-solving oriented he has impacted the life of many residents and citizens of our dear state hence we are honored to witness and support such a transformative leadership hence this award.

“The commitment to infrastructure development and capacity enhancement in Enugu State is obvious, and we are confident that under Governor Mbah’s leadership, the state will experience even more significant progress and development in all ramifications.”
