“ONE TOO MANY” TO MAKE ANTICIPATED DEBUT

Hope Pictures is thrilled to announce the upcoming debut of the compelling feature drama, “One Too Many,” on Netflix, starting February 23rd, 2024.

Directed by the esteemed Kayode Kasum, this riveting tale promises to captivate audiences with its powerful narrative and stellar performances.

Written by Ginika Ozioko and Jeanine Okafor, “One Too Many” delves into the harrowing experiences of Adesuwa and her family, who find themselves entangled in a series of unfortunate encounters with uniformed men. When her son is falsely accused of a heinous crime, Adesuwa embarks on a courageous journey to fight for justice and redemption.

Featuring an ensemble cast including Dakore Egbuson, Chimezie Imo, Omowunmi Dada, the late Rachel Oniga, Jide Kosoko, Paul Utomi, Kelechi Udegbe, Adeolu Funsho, Temilolu Fosudo, Rhoda Albert, Tope Tedela, and Ikponmwosa Gold, “One Too Many” showcases the depth of talent within Nigeria’s burgeoning film industry.

Produced by the visionary Joy Grant-Ekong and Atinuke Akinde of Hope Pictures, this cinematic masterpiece was filmed in the vibrant city of Ibadan, with select scenes shot at the prestigious University of Ibadan. With Adeoluwa Owu behind the camera as cinematographer, “One Too Many” promises stunning visuals and immersive storytelling.
