A statement by the Governor’s spokesperson, Sulaiman Bala Idris, explained that the Governor invited the unions to join membership of the committee set up for the vehicle transit areas and also held discussions on traffic management in Gusau, the state capital.

According to the Governor, “we will conduct a thorough assessment of potential locations to determine the most suitable spots for the trailer park construction.
“We will also take into consideration factors such as accessibility, demand and available resources to ensure that the parks not only generate revenue for the state government but also provide valuable and enjoyable experience for visitors.”
In his remarks, the Zamfara State NARTO Chairman, Alhaji Mustapha Musa, who is also Sarkin Kagara, assured the Governor of the willingness of his members to comply with the initiative.
