Big Brother Naija All Stars Housemates, including Mercy Eke, Ilebaye Odiniya, Cross Okonkwo, and Pere Egbi, recently engaged in a thought-provoking card game, tagged, ‘A Plethora of Thoughts’, designed to encourage them to introspect and explore their emotions after weeks of living in the Big Brother House.
It is an innovative card game designed to unlock the intricacies of the mind, aiding in navigating complex emotions and fostering a profound understanding of oneself.
Season 8 of the highly anticipated Big Brother Naija All Stars culminated on October 1, crowning Ilebaye as the winner. Following their exit from the house. TV host, Hero Daniel facilitated an engagement with the reality stars using ‘A Plethora of Thoughts The Card Game’.
In a heartfelt revelation, Mercy Eke expressed feelings of betrayal, acknowledging the difficulty in garnering support, especially when perceived as successful.
She credited her fans for their unwavering support amidst criticisms about being greedy for vying for the prize even though she had won the show in 2019.
“I am a woman who knows what she wants, and I have never settled for anything below my standards. I move on when not treated the way I deserve” stated Mercy Eke in response to the Plethora of Thoughts card game that queried if she had ever normalised the bare minimum due to someone’s inconsistency.
Ilebaye reflected on her time inside and outside the house, noting that her win made her realise that a person’s value is tied to financial status.
Speaking on how she coped with misconceptions about her, she noted that it was an aspect of her life that she had accepted and would eventually become accustomed to.
Cross emphasised on his background and family, recognising them as the pillars of his life.
He stated that the biggest misconception about him was the public’s oversight of his affectionate and reserved nature. Using the Plethora of Thoughts card game, he affirmed the need for rest as a form of productivity as advised by the card.
Pere expressed a range of emotions he experienced inside and outside the house.
He also addressed the misconception about him being violent and explored his family background, first marriage, and how these had impacted him.
