BCS Seeks ‘Divine Assurance of the Christhood’ in Calabar

 
The ongoing life-changing event by the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star (BCS)  tagged, “Divine Assurance of the Christhood”, held at the BCS World Headquarters in Calabar, Cross River State, is designed to guide participants through attaining Christhood, where they can fully express Christ-like character as recorded in the Bible. The BCS Deputy Speaker, His Grace, Archbishop Emmanuel Ekuri, has said.

Ekuri said, “We wish to state that the event is not just an ordinary religious converge; neither is it meant for only Christians but everyone created by God irrespective of his/her status in the society, religious belief or race is invited to this event.

He noted further that the event will renew man’s spiritual consciousness and divine abilities to submerge evil tendencies and reposition all those who will attend for greater personal attainment and fulfilment in line with the wish of God for them.

Under the theme “Faithful is our God,” the programme has already launched with a grand opening ceremony, followed by a global evangelism event where BCS members worldwide spread the gospel of the New Kingdom of God. The programme continues until Monday, April 1, with a divine service and outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

The grand finale will take place on Sunday, March 31st, featuring the March of Divine Assurance by the elects of God from 34 Ambo Street to the U.J Esuene Sports Stadium. On that day, 10,000 choristers will render celestial melodies of adoration unto God.
