Congratulations on your awards. How does it feel?

It is truly an honour and a humbling experience to be recognised as one of Africa’s Under 40 CEOs. This award is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and impact that the team at Madam Financially Fit Forex has achieved.

Receiving this prestigious accolade is a remarkable validation of the important work we are doing to empower and uplift African entrepreneurs and small business owners. As one of the continent’s young leaders, it is gratifying to be acknowledged for our efforts to drive financial inclusion and economic growth across the region.

Could you share what inspired your journey into Forex trading and coaching?

The COVID-19 pandemic presented significant economic challenges for many people around the world. This motivated me to seek out opportunities that could provide financial stability and independence, even in the face of uncertainty. Forex trading emerged as a potential avenue for generating income from anywhere, which I found inspiring.

The ability to trade Forex from anywhere in the world, without being tied to a specific location, was likely a major draw for me. This aligns with the growing trend of remote work and the desire for more location flexibility and freedom.

You mentioned organising ‘Empower Her 2024’ to empower women in Forex trading. How did this initiative come about, and what impact has it had?

Empower Her 2024′ was conceived as a way to support and uplift women in the world of Forex trading. I recognised the gender imbalance in this industry and wanted to create a dedicated platform where women could access the training, resources, and community they needed to thrive as Forex traders.

The impact of ‘Empower Her 2024’ has been significant. Many women who have participated in the initiative have expressed newfound confidence and success in their Forex trading endeavors. The free training and resources provided have equipped them with the knowledge and skills to navigate the Forex market effectively, while the supportive community has fostered a sense of empowerment and camaraderie.

The initiative has been instrumental in helping women achieve financial independence through Forex trading. By providing a dedicated space for women to learn, grow, and support one another, ‘Empower Her 2024’ has been a transformative force, enabling participants to take control of their financial futures and achieve their goals.

Balancing multiple roles as a CEO, coach, mother, and wife must be challenging. How do you juggle these responsibilities?

It’s a juggling act! But I’ve learned to prioritise and delegate effectively. Each role fuels my passion and purpose, so it’s about finding harmony and being present in the moment.

What advice do you have for aspiring Forex traders and coaches?

Never give up on your dreams. The road may seem daunting at times, but perseverance pays off. Also, always remember the importance of faith and staying positive. With determination and God at the centre, anything is possible.

Looking ahead, what are your plans or projects in empowering women through financial education?

I already had the first edition of ‘Empower Her’ on the 8th of March 2024 where we focused on helping women navigate economic uncertainties and become recession-proof. It was a successful event. My goal is to continue providing accessible education and support that empowers women to thrive in any financial climate. All services will be rendered for free annually in the month of March, women’s month.

What does this award mean to you personally and professionally?

Not only does this award/ doctorate signify validation for the impact we’re making at Madam Financially Fit Forex, but it makes me the first female Nigerian Forex coach to bag a doctorate, an outstanding record and It’s a testament to the importance of financial education and empowerment. Professionally, it motivates me to expand our reach and deepen our impact in the financial industry.

Dr. Chioma’s recognition at Africa’s Under 40 CEOs Awards not only celebrates her achievements but also underscores her dedication to empowering individuals through Forex education.
