How I overcame large scale staff theft to become successful – Entrepreneur

Mrs Odunayo Adams Oyebolu, the MD/CEO of Everything Essential Ltd, has revealed the many struggles a large percentage of business owners in Nigeria and across the world pass through.

She made the revelation in a statement personally signed by her and made available to newsmen.

According to her, as a fresher in the business world some years ago, she was faced with staff theft on a large scale; inability to account for profits in the business; frustration due to exchange rate instability amongst others.

Odunayo said she started her fashion business as a side hustle and grew the business into millions of money but could not sustain it because it lacked structure.

According to her, a lot of businesses in Nigeria are currently passing through these same challenges but do not know how to come out of it.

She said all these above, coupled with her experiences and how she scaled through made her to decide to organize a conference for business owners in Nigeria.

Thisday reports that she will be at the conference with a number of other industry experts.

The conference is billed for Friday, June 7, 2024, at Venue NIMR, 6, Edmund Cresent behind Presbyterian church, Yaba
