Afrobeats Artiste, O6A, Unveils Album Cover, Tracklist

Ahead of his debut EP, ‘Genesis’, which drops on May 24, talented afrobeats artist, O6A has unveiled the album cover alongside the tracklist. The seven track Extended Play (EP) he dubs ‘The Book of Genesis’. The upcoming body of work has tracks which include ‘Genesis’, ‘My Story’, ‘234’ (Gbagbe), ‘Men’, ‘Yes or No’, and ‘Like That’.

Plus a bonus track ‘Money Part 2’, a sequel to the single, ‘Money’, he dropped early this year, with the video. The Firewood Record artist promises ‘Genesis’ will worth a spot in every lover of afrobeats’ music collection, some of the songs already streaming on major music platforms. On this stellar effort, he enlists producers Jaystunner and Jadubeat.

O6A, whose real name is Ariehwe Odafe Isaac, said: “The body of work is my way of contact to people. “Through this project, different people will be able to relate to each of the songs because each song has meaning and my spirit behind it. My music is my life; it’s my peace of mind, it’s my therapy. My music is me.” He explains why the album is titled ‘Genesis’.

“It’s something different, something new, something from the scratch, like I’m starting from the beginning. So, this is my debut. This will announce me to what people will know me as. The kind of music I sing, how I sing, the vibe I have, from this my project. So, that’s why I gave the name ‘Genesis’” O6A recently emerged on the Nigerian music scene, holding on to his unique and God given talent.
