Florence Otedola’s Royal Recognition

Just like her father, billionaire businessman Femi Otedola, Florence Otedola, otherwise known as DJ Cuppy, is fast becoming a global citizen. Recently, the celebrated disc jockey was appointed as a King’s Trust International Ambassador to His Majesty King Charles III at Buckingham Palace.

As gathered, the prestigious role would see Florence, a famous DJ and philanthropist, representing Nigerians and the Black African diaspora on a global stage, promoting cultural exchange and understanding. At the event, she was beautifully represented with pink attire, showcasing good ambassadorial skills and promoting the beautiful culture of Africa and Nigeria.

Florence and her energy mogul father are not new to the British royal family as well as Buckingham Palace and they have visited the place on several occasions. Many would recall that Florence accompanied her dad a few years ago when he was invited as a guest of honour of the English royal at the famous Windsor Castle.

They were among the first visitors to be received at the newly constructed section of the castle where they were treated to a royal dinner and discussed with Queen Elizabeth’s only daughter, Anne also known as Princess Royal.
