Precious Dorti’s PerryPays: Innovating Digital Finance and Empowering Football Talent

Precious Oritseneye Dorti, widely known as PerryPays, is at the forefront of revolutionizing digital finance in Nigeria through his company, PerryPays Services Ltd. As Nigeria’s leading digital assets and crypto P2P merchant, PerryPays is setting new standards in the financial technology sector. With its head office in Delta, Warri, and a branch office in Abuja, the company is committed to advancing the digital financial landscape and addressing the economic challenges faced by many Nigerians.

PerryPays Services Ltd aims to create job opportunities for up to 100 people within its growing business. Currently, the company employs 15 staff members and serves over 12,000 users, highlighting its rapid growth and influence in the industry.

Born in Okere, Warri Delta, and raised in Lagos following the loss of his father in 2012, Precious Dorti has become a celebrated figure, particularly within the Warri football association. His passion for football and its development is well-recognized, and he has successfully combined this passion with his business acumen to make a significant impact.

In addition to its financial services, PerryPays is dedicated to nurturing young football talent in Nigeria through the PerryPays Superstar Cup. This competition aims to provide a platform for young athletes to showcase their skills and pursue their dreams of becoming global professional superstars. Dorti’s vision is for the PerryPays Superstar Cup to be recognized both nationally and internationally, further contributing to the development of Nigerian football.

Precious Dorti emphasizes the broader purpose of his company: “To make things happen as a company, money is very important, but I don’t believe the purpose of a company is just to make money. For example, a car—the purpose of a car is not to buy fuel, but it needs fuel to get you to your destination. So the purpose of a car is to get you to your destination. The purpose of a company is not just to make money, but it needs money to solve big problems. So I believe the purpose of a company is to solve problems and at least contribute to the development of the communities or environment in which it operates. And PerryPays is doing that. The government can’t do everything for us if we keep waiting. We need to be on the move.”

Under Dorti’s leadership, PerryPays continues to expand its reach and impact, demonstrating a commitment to both financial innovation and community development. Through its digital finance services and initiatives like the PerryPays Superstar Cup, the company is making a meaningful difference in the lives of many Nigerians, offering hope and opportunities in both economic and athletic arenas.
