Over 5,000 Youths Benefit from Ace Academy’s Latest Training

Over 5,000 individuals have benefitted from the 5th batch Ace Academy free training that empowers youth and budding entrepreneurs about the fundamentals of excelling in the real estate industry.

The 5th batch of the Ace Academy training brought together expert tutors across the real estate industry and graduands were presented with certificate of completion at the end of the training, all for free.

Ace Academy, the training and capacity development arm of Ace Real Estate Development was launched in 2022 to train teeming youths and millennials in various sectors including real estate sales, financial literacy and technology application.

According to Ace Academy Community Manager, Stephen Adebayo, the academy in about two years since its inception has impacted about 13,000 Nigerian youths with strategic plans to continue on the positive trajectory.   

The keynote speaker, Ayobami Akindipe, Chief Executive Officer of Ace Real Estate emphasized that the key to success in the real estate industry is self-motivation, urging aspiring professionals to cultivate an unyielding drive and inner determination. 

“Success isn’t handed to you on a silver platter. It’s earned through relentless effort, unwavering focus and the constant pursuit of excellence. In real estate, as in life, it’s the self-motivated individuals who rise above the rest, seizing opportunities and transforming challenges into stepping stones,” he declared.

He continued by challenging the audience to push beyond their limits and embrace a mindset of growth and resilience. Ayobami stated, “every setback is a setup for a comeback. Don’t let failures deter you; let them fuel your passion and sharpen your skills. In this dynamic industry, those who dare to dream big, take bold actions, and remain steadfast in their goals are the ones who achieve greatness. Remember, your success is in your hands—stay motivated, stay committed, and let your determination be the catalyst for your remarkable journey.”
