Amuda Family Celebrates Son’s Master of Laws Programme Completion in London

The family and well-wishers of Toheeb Oluwabukola Amuda are filled with joy and thanks to God after their son graduated with a Distinction (First Class) in his Master of Laws (LL.M) programme in International Business Law from the University of Law in London, the United Kingdom.

Amuda, who is also a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, achieved this remarkable honour at his graduation ceremony held at the Barbican Centre in London on 13 May, 2024.

During his studies in London, he also gained practical experience while working at Howard Kennedy LLP, one of the top law firms in the United Kingdom.

This experience, he said, gave him a grasp of the laws of England and Wales in practice, appreciating the significant common law heritage shared by Nigeria and the UK.

Amuda is confident that the knowledge gained at the firm would benefit the Nigerian legal system.

In his response, his father, Architect Hammed Amuda expressed profound gratitude and hopes for him.

He among others wished Amuda the very best as he progresses in his legal career.
