Mosadoluwa Responds to Allegations, Highlights Harmony Gardens Commitment to Legal Processes

Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited is a quintessential Real Estate and Property Development Company backed by an iconic national recognition as one of the top-selling firms in Nigeria. Under the leadership of Hon. Dr Saheed Mosadoluwa better known as Mr Ibile the company has been deliberate and intentional about providing consumer-centric lands that are strategically located to give maximum comfort, security and serenity for its customers.
With a dedication to excellence, sustainable development, and innovation, Mosadoluwa has continued to inspire efforts to transform Nigeria’s housing as he gears towards making a lasting impact on the nation’s development. But all his good intentions hasn’t come without frivolous allegations which has consistently been made against his person other than the company he leads. One of such is the recent allegation of land grabbing in respect to a portion of land which belongs to a particular group of families at the Ibeju Lekki and Epe axis. As news made the air of this allegation a corresponding demolition of the walls that surrounded the land was also said to have been effected by a particular member of the family and some members of law enforcement.

In a bid to manage the situation and explain the true state of things, Mosadoluwa publicly shared that he has made legal purchase of the land under the terms and conditions of acquisition and in no way did his person or his company illegally possessed any lands. According to him the deed of assignment the family co-signed for Harmony Gardens belongs to Oko Orisan, Onirisan and Obadimeji Oshodi families and everyone in the family got their payment from the property when it was sold.

He further established that, “I have been seeing different things in the Internet that we are land grabbers and such. But I want to say that the property whose fence was demolished was properly acquired from the family we bought it from. So I didn’t not buy government acquired land from them in anyway but based on the documents we have at hand we duly purchased the property. And in a letter that was sent to me by the woman who demolished my property fence it was stated that she is fully aware that my company purchased the property from their elder brother but he didn’t share it with them as he should. And we replied to them that we are only indebted to them of 30 Million Naira which we are ready to pay once the issue between them is resolved. So the issue of sales or not has been resolved.”

The CEO further established that himself or any member of his company didn’t do anything unlawful neither did they attack anybody as publicly claimed across media platforms. He also made it noteworthy that his company should be addressed in all issues concerning what is going on and not his person.

Mosadoluwa has decided to do everything according to the law to the rightful claim of his land and further urges that the necessary law agencies should look into things and ensure that the issue is resolved without his name and person involved. He also spoke about a judgement that doesn’t have to do with him but related to China Harbour which is a company opposite his own purchased property. And argued that things should be looked into properly as he had made a report to the police has regards the unlawful demotion of his property fence.

Founded in 2019, Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Ltd has grown into a major player in the Nigerian real estate industry. With a portfolio that includes seven developing estates, such as HarmonyVille, Granville, CrestView, Oju-Alaro Estates, and Lekki Aviation Town, the company aims to provide housing for up to 750,000 Nigerians.
