WISCAR Celebrates Graduation of Fourth Cohort of WIN 3 Mentoring Programme

Women in Successful Careers (WISCAR) celebrated the graduation of its fourth cohort of the WIN 3 Mentoring Programme on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at the Ebonylife Place, Victoria Island, Lagos. The three-month intensive program equipped participants with guidance and mentorship to navigate their career pathways and take on senior leadership roles.

The WIN 3 Mentoring Programme is a leadership and mentoring initiative designed for professional women in leadership with over ten years’ experience. The program addresses key competency gaps, builds strategic skills, and empowers participants to thrive in today’s fast-evolving business landscape.

Amina Oyagbola, founder of WISCAR, stated, “The success of this fourth cohort demonstrates the power of mentorship and structured development.
