Okpebholo Dedicated to Development, Proactive Governance, Says Team

The All Progress Congress (APC) governorship candidate for the forthcoming election in Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo has pledged to be dedicated to development and deliver a proactive governance.

The Media Team of the candidate, in a release on  Tuesday, said the Senator remained a potential transformative leader for the state, adding that most people in the state, especially the youth were optimistic about the emergence of Okpebholo..

According to the statement, Okpebholo has been relentless in his efforts to deliver on his promises, despite the constraints of his current position. 

They noted that his recent unveiling of various projects across Edo State has not only showcased his dedication but also highlighted his ability to navigate challenges and deliver tangible results. 

From infrastructure development to community empowerment initiatives, Okpebholo’s actions to them have been a breath of fresh air for many Edo citizens who have grown weary of political rhetoric without follow-through.

The release noted that the youth of Edo State, particularly active on social media, have been vocal in their support for the candidate.

They said many young people feel that opposition in state have been missing in action, leaving the state stagnant and unprepared for future challenges.

They noted that as the 2024 gubernatorial elections approach with political climate in the state charged with anticipation and uncertainty, Okpebholo’s rising profile suggests a potential shift in the state’s leadership dynamics. 

They noted that his hands-on approach and commitment to development have not gone unnoticed, and many Edo citizens are eager to see if he could deliver on a larger scale.
