Saheed Osupa Steals the Show at Osun-Osogbo Festival’s Orijin Village

As part of the celebrations for this year’s Osun-Osogbo festival, which showcased the rich artistic traditions of the Yoruba people through vibrant performances, traditional music, elaborate costumes, and colourful parades, Nigerian Fuji singer Saheed Osupa took to the stage to thrill over 2,000 attendees at the Orijin Village.

The Orijin Village, situated at Freedom Park in Osogbo, was a highlight of the annual Osun-Osogbo Festival. The event proved to be spectacular, leaving a lasting impression with the grand entry of Osupa, who engaged the audience with an extensive medley of his beloved songs.

That evening, the Orijin brand ambassador dazzled the crowd with an almost two-hour set featuring some of his greatest hits. His deeply rooted sound in African culture resonated with the audience, who sang along to every lyric, creating a charged atmosphere.

Along with the music and performances, the night included a raffle draw. Lucky winners received prizes such as food items, household appliances, and other useful gifts, making the evening even more enjoyable and adding to the sense of community and celebration.
