Despite a court order asking for status quo, Very DarkMan has posted on his social media handle that Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin must provide NAFDAC number for his products.

The High Court of Federal Capital Territory had earlier reaffirmed the maintenance of the status quo in the ongoing lawsuit between the YouTuber and blogger Martins Vincent Otse, known as “VeryDarkMan,” and Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin.

While the prophet had sued VeryDarkMan over claims regarding miracle water in the church, the court injunction mandates that neither party should take any actions that could alter the existing situation.

Fufeyin accused VeryDarkMan of spreading defamatory content across social media.

VDM video had gained traction online, sparking a heated debate about the balance between media freedom and the sanctity of court orders.

Public reaction to the video has been mixed. Supporters of Prophet Jeremiah have condemned VDM’s actions, calling for immediate legal action against the organization. They argue that the media should respect the court’s authority and refrain from interfering in ongoing legal matters.

On the other hand, some advocates of media freedom have expressed concern that the court’s order may infringe on the right to free speech and the press’s role in holding powerful figures accountable.
