Niniola Shares Her ‘Formula’ with Pheelz

As singer/songwriter, Niniola prepares for the release of her third album, ‘Press Play’, the Nigerian songstress dropped her second single of the year 2024, “Formula”, featuring singer and producer Pheelz. Weeks after releasing the Pheelz-assisted “Formula”, Niniola unveiled the official video.

“Formula,” which has a sultry sound to it, follows ‘Level’, and has garnered a lot of attention and praise from fans and music critics alike.  “Formula” is an up-tempo dance record well-tailored to keep you on the dance floor. The song showcases her versatility and creativity

The new single is a track off her upcoming album, set to drop on September 13th. “Fans would have to wait till she announces it.”

The song explores a passionate relationship fueled by intense physical attraction and chemistry, with the singer expressing admiration for how her partner captivates and excites her.

Reacting to his performance in the video, Pheelz in a post said, “I have some regrets in this video, I should have done more. Nini wan kill me.” While Niniola responded and wrote on her official X handle: “What’s The “FORMULA”….Propeller Thighs New Music “FORMULA” ft @Pheelz Out Now.

“Happy & Dance that’s my theme for 2024 and you will hear it in all my records,” says Niniola. “I want people to be happy and remain on the dance floor. So when you hear “Nini De…” just know it’s a Full party,” the Queen of Afro-house music added. 

In her discography is “Colours and Sounds”, her sophomore album released in 2020. The singer, songwriter and performer on this album included her collaborations with legendary afrobeat musician, Femi Kuti and American record producer and rapper, Timberland.

Through massive singles like ‘Maradona’ and ‘Bana’ recorded in her 2017 debut standout album, “This Is Me,” the lewd lyricist born Niniola Akpata has taken the throne as the leading artiste pushing a blend of afro-pop and house music. She has continued that upward trend with more recent drops.
