Afrotrap superstar, Larey Ugee to release new projects this quarter

From his growing up years in Lagos, Ugwuegbu Chibuzor Larssen Oluwaseun, also known as “Larey Ugee,” has evolved over time cultivating a deep passion for music. His love for the art and unique talents, including playing the guitar, sets him apart in his journey as a transformative force when it comes to musical prowess.

His music today is a composition fused together as Afrotrap. Detailing how he came about the genre and what kind of sound fans can be expecting of him he shares that, “Afrotrap is a mixture of my two favorite genres. I love trap and am also a Nigerian so I sing my trap fluently and I keep my identity as a Nigerian in my music. I created Afrotrap through the desire of listeners and my ability to create out of ideas. I didn’t know what would come of it but when I channeled my mind into creating good African music with my natural instinct it birthed, AfroTrap.”

Creating music is instinct for me he expressed. Adding further he disclosed that, “I make music out of my current feeling and surrounding. Every song I sing means something to me on a more personal level. And largely I get inspired through what life has to offer.”

As the last quarter of the year begins, Larey Ugee shares that he has an amazing tune coming up with Terry Apala. Knowing Terry Apala for his kind of music you can only but expect a huge masterpiece from both creative minds. Post the release, the Afro tap artiste added, “I have more songs coming in after this and I would be working on my EP, so expect the bangs coming in after the other.”
