By Fadekemi Ajakaiye
Novarick Homes, a leading name in Nigeria’s property development sector, recently celebrated its 6th anniversary with a major announcement: a strategic rebranding aimed at transforming the company’s approach to real estate by focusing on enhancing living experiences beyond just providing affordable housing.
In an exclusive interview during the anniversary event, CEO Noah Ibrahim shared insights into the company’s new direction. “Over the past six years, Novarick Homes has built a reputation for delivering quality and affordability in the real estate market,” he said. “But as we celebrate this milestone, we are also taking a significant step forward. Our rebranding is not just about changing our image; it’s about redefining our mission to focus on the broader needs of our residents. We want to ensure that owning a home with us is synonymous with enjoying a high-quality life.”
The rebranding effort comes after a period of reflection and market research, according to Ibrahim. “We have deeply analyzed the real estate ecosystem and identified key areas that impact the homeownership journey in Nigeria. It’s about more than just having a roof over your head—it’s about access to reliable utilities, quality education, and a community that fosters well-being. This is the new direction for Novarick Homes,” he added.
Susan Adebanjo, the Head of Operations at Novarick homes echoed the CEO’s sentiments, highlighting the company’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. “We are excited about this rebranding because it allows us to better serve our clients and adapt to their evolving needs. Our focus will be on creating living environments that are not only functional but also enriching. For us, this means integrating technology and smart solutions that improve everyday life,” she explained.
The new vision of Novarick Homes also involves a strong commitment to sustainable development and community building. The company plans to introduce initiatives that provide access to essential services, such as clean water, steady electricity, and well-maintained public spaces like The Alaafia Resort being constructed at The Ridgewood in Epe. “We believe that true value in real estate comes from not just the property itself but the quality of life it offers. Our goal is to be the benchmark for what modern living should be in Nigeria,” Susan stated.
The anniversary event also celebrated Novarick Homes’ achievements over the past six years, including several industry awards and recognition for its innovative real estate solutions. The company has been recognized as one of Business Day’s Top 100 Fastest Growing SMEs in Nigeria and was named Africa’s Best World Class Real Estate Development Company at the 8th African Quality Achievement Awards.
Looking ahead, both Noah Ibrahim and Adebanjo Susan expressed optimism about the future. “As we embark on this new chapter, we remain committed to our core values of integrity, excellence, and innovation. We are excited to continue serving our clients and to set new standards in the real estate industry,” Noah Ibrahim concluded.
