The new line includes multi-purpose seasonings that have multiple applications each and are ideal for noodles, rice, pasta, marinades, and bouillons.

These items are also the starting point for food manufacturers and Quick Service establishments to develop their own unique signature product offerings, with Freddy Hirsch Nigeria’s culinary specialists at their side.

As consumer palates become more adventurous and demand greater authenticity in their food experiences, the Freddy Hirsch Research and Development Team embarked on an extensive consumer insight journey to create these unique, culturally rich flavours.
Each seasoning in this collection is crafted to celebrate African culinary traditions while enhancing the taste of everyday dishes.
These seasonings include Spicy Barbecue Seasoning: A robust blend featuring roasted beef flavor, onion, and a mix of spices, complemented by a smoky barbecue note. This seasoning delivers a savory, spicy-sweet experience perfect for grilling and barbecuing.

Coconut Curry (Seafood) Seasoning: This seasoning combines the creamy essence of coconut with the savory depth of seafood, enriched with aromatic spices such as turmeric, cumin, and coriander. It offers a delightful curry flavour with a hint of exotic flair.
Asun Seasoning: Inspired by the traditional West African grilled goat meat, this seasoning features a savory blend of grilled goat meat flavor, sautéed onions, spices, herbs, and chili. The result is a distinct gamey taste and aromatic profile that adds a unique touch to any dish.
Suya Seasoning: A flavorful mix of roasted peanuts, zesty ginger, spicy pepper, and smoked beef. This seasoning provides a rich, spicy taste with a nutty undertone, reminiscent of the popular West African street food, Suya.

These new African-inspired seasonings are set to elevate the taste and body of every culinary creation, allowing chefs and home cooks alike to infuse their dishes with authentic, vibrant flavors.
Freddy Hirsch Nigeria continues to innovate and deliver high-quality products that celebrate the richness of African cuisine and enhance the dining experience.
