8th Edition of Calabar Entertainment Conference Kicks off  in October

Hit FM 95.9 recently announced that the eighth edition of the annual Calabar Entertainment Conference will take place in October. The conference, which celebrates creativity and innovation, has become a cultural hub for insightful conversations geared towards the growth of the entertainment industry with a focus on Cross River and the South-south area of Nigeria. Past editions featured about 122 speakers, 25 sponsors across various industries and over 20,000  guests with some of the country’s prominent personalities like  2Baba, DJ Jimmy Jatt, John Ugbe, Alibaba, Denrele Edun, Efa Iwara, Ubi Franklin, Joey Akan, Victor AD, Majeed among others.

This year’s edition has been dubbed the Calabar Entertainment Conference and Festival and will feature a series of activities that will include a music, food games and drinks festival as well as the conference over three days, starting from October 9 to October 11 at the Cultural Center Complex, Calabar, Cross River.
