Profiles Intern’l Nigeria to Introduce Genos Emotional Intelligence Training for 20 Participants
Profiles International Nigeria led by Victor Prince Dickson, will launch and equip 20 Participants with Genos EI Certification in Nigeria as a major milestone for the nation.
This training will feature key names like Vicky Karuga, a Master Trainer from Kenya, leading the session.
This training comes following Dickson’s concerns to help Nigerians recognise Emotional Intelligence (EI) as an essential tool for effective leadership, talent management, and organisational performance.
With its rapidly growing importance globally, Emotional Intelligence experts like Dickson have emphasised the need for more Genos EI Certified Practitioners in the country.
He said: “Genos EI Certification is part of the Future of Work (FOW – Instruments) that relies heavily on Cognitive Behavioural Studies. It blends Psychology, Cognitive Science, Data Analytics, Management Sciences among others.
“So, you see, it is like a compound niche that’s why it takes very smart and forward-thinking professionals to adopt. But I am very proud that Nigeria is joining the Elite community of Genos EI and Psychometrics.”
Dickson insisted that the limited access to the high-level training is as a result of the specialised nature of Genos Certification.
Unlike many other certifications, he clarified that the Genos Emotional Intelligence Certification is not just about general leadership development; it’s about deeply integrating Emotional Intelligence tools into talent management, coaching, and HR practices.
Genos EI certification offers a niche skill set that requires dedication to mastering the art of emotions and the science of psychometrics. This level of specialisation means that only a select group of professionals are certified, ensuring that Genos EI practitioners are equipped with advanced skills in EI.
“The scarcity of Genos Certified Professionals also reflects the program’s deliberate exclusivity. Designed for HR specialists, executive coaches, and leaders, the Genos EI Certification ensures that only well-prepared professionals gain access to these globally recognised Emotional Intelligence tools,” he added.
This exclusivity, he continues, ensures that those who achieve certification stand out as leaders in Emotional Intelligence, able to offer unique value in their organisations.
As Nigerian organisations grapple with leadership gaps and the rise of AI-driven workplaces, Dickson has called for the need for emotionally intelligent leaders to be at an all-time high.
“As one of the few Genos Certified Practitioners in Nigeria, you will be positioned to meet this growing demand, offering leadership and talent management solutions that drive performance, collaboration, and engagement.
Dickson also described the training as an unparalleled opportunity for professionals eager to stand out in HR, talent management, and leadership and called for more people to get involved.
