If you’re renting a property managed by Krent, you’ll only pay an 8% administration fee, which covers agency fees and any other costs related to the property.
Even the caution fee is managed through an integrated wallet system, which guarantees renters will get it back once the terms are met. Our aim is simple: by the time a renter chooses a property, they’re only paying for what truly matters. We make sure all costs are upfront and transparent from the start—no unexpected charges down the line. Plus, we vet every property and agent on our platform, so you know exactly what you’re getting, without paying for things you don’t need. You’ve mentioned agent verification. Trust is a big issue for many renters in Nigeria. How does Krent build trust between renters and agents?
