Festac Central Rotary Club Welcomes New President, Rotarian Attai Udia

The Rotary Club of Festac Central has announced the investiture ceremony of Rotarian Attai Udia, marking his inauguration as the 13th President of the esteemed club.
On Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., the club’s leadership mantle will be formally passed to Rotarian Udia at Rock View Hotel, 23 Road, Rock Town, Lagos
“I am deeply honoured to serve as the 13th President of Rotary Club of Festac Central. Our focus will be on community development, healthcare, education and more. But we will speak deeply on this at the event. We will continue to uphold the Rotary International motto: ‘Service Above Self’”, Udia said.
Rotary International is a global service organisation bringing together business and professional leaders to provide humanitarian services, promote high ethical standards and advance world understanding and peace. Founded in 1905, Rotary has 1.2 million members across 35,000 clubs in over 200 countries.
As part of District 9125, Nigeria, the Rotary Club of Festac Central contributes to various community projects. Recent initiatives include fundraising for local healthcare facilities and supporting education programmes.
