MC Dammy Celebrates 10 Years with Star-Studded Concert

 
Renowned wedding MC and events host, Adedamola Oni, known by his stage name MC Dammy, is set to celebrate his 10-year milestone in the Nigerian events industry with the highly anticipated Owambe concert.

Scheduled for November 3rd at Terra Kulture, Victoria Island, Lagos, the event promises a memorable night of comedy, music, and awards. “It’s to celebrate my 10th year anniversary in the Nigerian events and wedding industry. The event is tagged Owambe to bring a comedy vibe. It’s a concert featuring comedy, music, and awards,” MC Dammy explained.

The concert lineup boasts comedic heavyweights such as Gordons, Klint Da Drunk, and Bash, with musical performances by Segun Johnson and others. The red carpet will begin at 5 p.m., with the main event commencing at 6 p.m. Notably, the awards portion will recognize public officials for their exceptional performance.

Reflecting on his success, MC Dammy shared the significance of relationships in his career. “Most of my clients come from referrals. I maintain relationships with them even after the event by checking in on them. The key behind my relevance is building solid relationships. Money will finish, but relationships will take you far,” he said.

Having hosted over 300 weddings, MC Dammy has gained valuable insights into the industry. “The major lessons I’ve learned from hosting so many weddings are patience, professionalism, and the importance of collaboration.
