Eroton Announces Henry Imasekha as New Board Chairman

Eroton Exploration and Production Company Nigeria Ltd. yesterday, announced the appointment of Mr. Henry Imasekha as its new Board Chairman, effective immediately.

A statement from the company revealed that Imasekha will be succeeding Mr. Onajite Okoloko, who has retired after a distinguished tenure as Chairman.

Other retiring Board members include Mr. Brume Okoloko, Engineer Charles Odita, and Engineer Emeka Ene.

“We are thrilled to welcome Henry Imasekha as our new Board Chairman,” said, Managing Director/CEO of Eroton, Dr. Emeka Onyeka.

“His wealth of experience and expertise will be invaluable in guiding our company’s strategic growth and development,” he added.

Mr. Imasekha brings over four decades of industry experience to his new role, having held senior leadership and Board level positions in various companies. He is an astute professional and before now, had a distinguished career in the banking sector before venturing into private business.

Reacting to his appointment, Imasekha said, “I am honored to lead Eroton’s Board of Directors”.

‘My priority will be to enhance the company’s value proposition, foster harmonious relationships with stakeholders, and drive sustainable growth.”

In addition to Mr. Imasekha’s appointment, Eroton has also welcomed three new Directors: Mr. Oboden Ibru, Mr. Chris Okonmah, and Mr. Edo Ukpong.

“Eroton expresses gratitude to the retiring Board members for their meritorious service and looks forward to the new chapter under Mr. Imasekha’s leadership,” the statement concluded.
