Real Warri Pikin Leads star Studded Cast in new series “Base On Street” on YouTube

Anita Alaire Asuoha popularly known as Real Warri Pikin is set to release a new Web series titled “Base On Street” on her YouTube channel @realwarripikin from 7pm today, November 13, 2024.

The indefatigable comedian leads a stellar cast of notable comedians which include ⁠Ruth Dickson (Pretty Mamah); Nonso Adika-Afolabi; Oluwatosin (Bro Bouche); Akorede Ajayi (Korexx) and Alvin Odibo (Alvin of Lagos)

According to her in a chat with our reporter, the Web series is hilariously entertaining and educational while shedding light on the ugly side of prostitution and the importance of making a critical decision in one’s life.

She said, “The series follows the journey of two sisters who leave Warri for Lagos in search of greener pastures. When they can’t find their old friend, they’re left stranded and must figure out how to make ends meet. As they take on a series of unconventional jobs, their adventures will keep you entertained and glued to your screen.”

” It is set to address the the importance of gathering enough information before venturing into anything and also the importance of thinking critically before making life’s decisions because these decisions can change the entire trajectory of life.

“Another aspects that really hits home is the issue of prostitution and how this shouldn’t be a part to choose no matter how hard life is,” she added.

RWP also revealed that the series was inspired by her love for her “Warri People” and by extension, her fans who according to her deserves nothing but superlative entertainment stemmed in originality and quality.

“What inspired me to create this series was my love for my Warri people and in general my fans, I wanted something really original and very relatable. 2The series will premier on YouTube and run for approximately 6 months, with plans for additional episodes,” she shared.

The CEO of RWP futher revealed that the new series is more hilarious and thrilling than her previous series “School of Though” adding that the cast is top draw and off the hook.
