CIG Motors, Ned Okonkwo Signs New Partnership with 2000 EVs

As a pioneer of new challenges through E-mobility in Africa, CIG Motors announces new economic ties signing with renowned entrepreneur and real estate mogul Dr. Ned Okonkwo. The strategic alliance marked by shared vision, innovation, and commitment to promoting a sustainable future is supported by Fidelity Bank in promoting Wuling EVs as the new generation automobile vehicle.
Unlocking the partnership with an initial Order of 2000 Wuling EV Units, including setting up charging stations across all of Dr. Ned Okonkwo’s real estate developments, providing the electric vehicle as an accessory to land and property owners. The partner through CIG Mobility is also saddled with power generation and installation to power the charging infrastructure set up across the country.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Chairman, CIG Motors Group, Chief Diana Chen emphasized that, pioneering the e-mobility path in the automobile industry, the Wuling EV serves as a smart powerhouse with clean energy storage while providing a sustainable future for everyone.
Adding to the comments, Executive Director, CIG Motors, Jubril Arogundade, stated that “By combining Dr. Okonkwo’s business acumen with Wuling and Fidelity Bank’s support, we are ushering in a new age of sustainability solutions while creating millions of jobs across the country”. “This new partnership is poised to save citizens from the troubles of maintenance, mechanical repairs, emission of carbon, long fueling queues and most importantly help to ease the lives of Nigerians through smart living and green initiatives”. He added.
Speaking on the impact of the new partnership, Group Managing Director, Nedcomoaks Limited, Dr. Ned Okonkwo revealed that the partnership births from an encounter with a visioner like himself. The partnership is set to boost economic growth, protect the environment, and improve green energy throughout the country with Fidelity Bank providing accessible financing options for interested persons.
Celebrating the vision, legendary Nollywood actor Richard Mofe Damijo acknowledged that the partnership helps bring the future to now with aspirations of having homes that are connected and allows living with ease. After experiencing the EV, Pascal Chibuike popularly known as Cubana Chiefpriest endorsed the Wuling brand over regular competitors’ brand and revealed that consumers are ready to enjoy new things as long as it helps make their lives better.
