Empowering Africa Through Digital Skills and Financial Inclusion – Roseline Anibueze

Roseline Anibueze, a dynamic entrepreneur and finance professional, is at the forefront of creating opportunities for Africans in education, finance, and technology. As the Founder and Managing Director of R-Pro Group and Co-Founder of Cool Group, Roseline is championing initiatives that aim to empower individuals and solve real-world problems.

Through her company Cyjust Deals, a leading brand under the R-Pro Group, Roseline has partnered with Plugscenes Academy, an EdTech subsidiary of Plugscenes LLC, to provide training in IT, creative, and digital skills. This collaboration will empower young Africans with the tools they need to thrive in today’s digital world. The first batch of trainees is set to begin next year.

According to Roseline, she believes in developing skills. “I believe education and skill development are the keys to unlocking Africa’s potential,” Roseline said. “This partnership will not only equip individuals with valuable skills but also open doors to job opportunities and entrepreneurial success.”

In the finance sector, Roseline’s Cool Microfinance Bank, licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria, is preparing to launch operations. The bank aims to address financial inclusion by offering micro-loans and payment solutions to underserved populations. The goal is to help individuals and small businesses access the financial tools they need to grow and succeed.

Roseline’s philanthropic work is also making a difference. Through the Roseline Ada Foundation, she has supported the education of children in rural Africa by providing tuition fees, school supplies, and scholarships. The foundation’s flagship project in Enugu State has positively impacted numerous families, with plans to expand its reach across the continent.

“Seeing children smile because they can go to school inspires me,” Roseline shared. “We all have a role to play in shaping the future, and education is where it begins.”
