As 28:11 Protocol Agency opens in Ibadan, the Managing Director speaks to journalists on the operation of the agency and how it is not coming to compete, but to stand out and also collaborate. 28:11 Protocol Agency is an event servicing company that provides ushering, protocol, security and training services to individuals and organizations within and beyond the event industry.

Victoria said, “For us at the agency, we have adopted collaboration over competition. We do not want to be seen as a rival, but rather, a partner. The event space is essentially very massive and the space is big enough for us all to collaborate. Our strongest features are poise, confidence and service. Each of our event have these qualities and features and our clients are usually very happy, and we are going to always expect these qualities from our staff members”.

“At the beginning, we were offering only ushering services, but now, we have expanded our services and our reach. We have grown in capacity over the years and we can now compete favorably in the event space without having to worry about delivery. We thank our clients that believed in us when we didn’t even have much capacity, they can rest assured that our delivery game has improved tremendously and we can now onboard even new prospects”. She concluded.
