The Stellar Initiative Set to Host Boycode Conference 2025
The Stellar Initiative (TSI), a non-governmental organisation that aims to empower the next generation of male leaders, has announced that it is set to host the 2025 Boycode Conference that will attract over 5000 boys in attendance.
Announcing the event, in Lagos, the Founder TSI, Precious Eniayekan , said the conference would change the narrative around boys, adding it is a call to action for them as an organisation.
According to her, “The Boycode Conference is not just an event; it is a global call to action. It is a blueprint for the future, a convergence of ideas, and a celebration of the resilience and brilliance that lies within our young men. It is a space where boys can come together to redefine leadership, embrace vulnerability, and create a ripple effect of transformation that will touch families, communities, and nations.
“With the theme,’Raising Giants: Empowering the Next Generation of Male Leaders’, the conference will bring together 5000 boys from across the world for an immersive experience designed to transform lives and build legacies.”
She adds that the boycode was about a movement to challenge the narratives that have long confined boys to rigid definitions of masculinity.
“A movement to equip young men with not just the tools to succeed, but the heart to serve and the courage to lead. Over the years, we have reached hundreds of boys, providing them with mentorship, life skills, and opportunities that they otherwise might never have had. We’ve seen boys who overcame adversity, found their voice, and are now on a path to becoming global champions standing tall with hope and purpose.
“But we know that our work is far from done. For every boy we have reached, there are countless others waiting, yearning for the same chance to discover their potential. And this is why we are here today—to cast a vision for the future and to unveil the next chapter of our journey: the Boycode Conference 2025.”
She maintained that it is a privilege and a profound responsibility as the founder of TSI-an organization that holds at its heart the belief that every boy, young man, has the potential to lead, to inspire, and to shape the future of our world.
“As we gather here today, I want to take a moment to reflect on a truth that is often unspoken but undeniably urgent: the future of our communities, our nations, and our shared humanity depends on how we empower the next generation of boys to become men of purpose, empathy, and vision. The work we do at The Stellar Initiative is rooted in this understanding,” she stated.
Explaining the modalities of the conference, she noted that at the conference, “we will launch the Boycode Clinic, a mental health and career advancement clinic dedicated to providing boys and young men with the resources they need to thrive emotionally and professionally.
“We will also unveil the Boycode Podcast, a platform to amplify the voices of boys and men who are reshaping narratives, challenging norms, and leading with purpose. And most importantly, we will honor those who have dared to dream and lead through the Boycode Awards, celebrating excellence in leadership, innovation, and impact.
“The conference itself will be a dynamic ecosystem, featuring “villages” that embody the future we envision for our boys. The Tech Village will immerse participants in cutting-edge innovation and digital opportunities, the Entrepreneurship Village will foster business acumen and creativity, and the Disruptive Content Creator Village will empower young men to harness the power of media and storytelling to drive change.
“We are honored to announce that this event will host a stellar lineup of speakers, including tech founders, managing directors of global conglomerates, renowned foreign coaches, and visionary leaders from various industries. Their insights and expertise will inspire and equip our participants to dream bigger and aim higher,” she maintained.
However, stressing the significance of the conference, Alibaba said that raising the next generation of male leaders requires a lot from all stakeholders.
According to him, “But I think that to build the kind of boy that will become a man that we look for in the society, we look forward to in the society has to do with education, the environment, peer pressure, innovation, media information, goals and dreams, physical attributes, the empowerment that they get, the mentorship that they get, which is something like this thing that we’re doing now. The guardians and counseling, government policies.”
