Dan-Fubara Conferred with Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers

Dr. Fubara Dan-Fubara, a former lecturer at Coventry University and Group Chairman of DavFub Group of Companies, has been honoured with the title of Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE). The conferment, conducted by NSE National President Margaret Oguntala, was held recently in Abuja.  

Reacting to the achievement, Dan-Fubara described the fellowship as a significant milestone in his 25-year career in engineering, marked by contributions to projects like NLNG’s Trains 1-7 and various engineering endeavours in London and South America. He highlighted his scholarly impact, including over 23 publications in international journals on concrete engineering.  

As the President of G30 Ibani Voice, a socio-political group that organizes the renowned King/Queen of Mathematics contest, Dr. Dan-Fubara attributed his success to hard work, dedication, and passion. 

Meeting NSE’s rigorous criteria, including over 15 years of post-qualification experience and active professional engagement, Dr. Dan-Fubara has distinguished himself with remarkable projects, management papers, and consistent participation in engineering development programs.  

As an FNSE fellow, Dan-Fubara now enjoys enhanced privileges within the society, including voting rights at AGMs and eligibility for leadership roles, further positioning him to advocate for quality engineering standards and innovations.
