Speaking on the reason behind this solution, Oyindamola Ossi, Co-founder of VampAI, emphasized that there is so much potential in African talents, but significant challenges persist. According to her, Africa is home to the world’s largest youth population, with over 70 percent of its population under 30 years old, representing a vast reservoir of untapped potential.

At the Web Summit, VampAI also showcased its newest feature: the Job Board to serve its B2B clientele, a cutting-edge addition to its platform. Central to its innovation is AI-powered matching, which identifies opportunities that best align with the company’s job specification and users’ profiles.

With features like real-time job alerts, advanced search filters, and a centralized dashboard for application tracking, the Job Board streamlines the matching process and helps businesses match with the right talent for their roles.

The Job Board is the latest addition to VampAI’s comprehensive suite of tools, which already includes features for creating AI-powered professional CVs and cover letters and preparing for interviews in real-time.
