1000 Ambassador Beatrice Eyong Bags Prestigious Peace Ambassador to Nigeria Award

The Peace Ambassadors Advocacy Network has conferred upon Ambassador Beatrice Eyong, its Peace Ambassador to Nigeria awards for her unwavering commitment to promoting peace, gender equality, and socio-economic development in Nigeria and beyond.

Ambassador Eyong is the United Nations Women Representative to Nigeria.

Amb. Eyong’s exceptional contributions to advancing women’s rights and her tireless efforts in fostering collaboration for humanitarian and economic progress have been pivotal in bridging divides and promoting sustainable peace.

Through her leadership, transformative initiatives have empowered countless women and communities across Nigeria, ensuring that inclusivity remains at the core of development.

Speaking during the award presentation, President of the Peace Ambassadors Advocacy Network, Ambassador Onuche Kingsley, emphasized the importance of honoring individuals whose vision aligns with fostering a peaceful and equitable society.
