Universal One at Alaro City: A $90 Million Residential Milestone Reaches New Heights

Alaro City, in partnership with Universal Homes, handed over an additional 48 units of apartments to their owners, marking the second phase of the Universal Homes project within Alaro City.

This handover, following the initial 48 units in August 2024, underscores Alaro City’s commitment to deliver the 576 units apartment building valued at $90 Million.

Located off the eight-lane Main Boulevard in Alaro City, Universal One also boasts of three-acre park, recreational complex, a swimming pool, football pitch, a gym, and many more amenities. Universal One brings in cutting edge technology in construction with the formwork advance technology that allows an entire floor to be completed with 7 days. This technology is used in mostly Middle East and Asia and has seen Universal Homes finish an entire block of 16 units in 30 days.
