Ibadan Media Publisher, Olanrewaju, Inducted as IPD-CRM Member

Publisher of an online news platform, Ibadan Media and public relations strategist, Olalekan Olanrewaju, has been inducted into the Institute of Personality Development and Customer Relationship Management (IPD-CRM).
The induction, held at the International Conference Centre (ICC), Lead City University, Ibadan, was in recognition of his contributions to media, advertising, and youth mentorship.
As a full member of the Institute, Olanrewaju earned the professional title of MPD-CR, which now accompanies his name in professional engagements.
The recognition came shortly after he was named “Brand Promoter of the Year” by JCI Ibadan Elite, a testament to his excellence in enhancing organizational visibility through innovative public relations strategies. The President of the Institute, Dr. Ayobami Owolabi, in his remarks, emphasised the role of leadership education and personality development in driving progress across all sectors in the country and shaping leaders who inspire societal progress.
Olanrewaju, in his acceptance speech, said the induction is a call to further enhance his contributions to leadership, professional development, and mentorship, stating that it represents not just an honour but a responsibility to drive excellence in all his endeavours.
According to him, the induction aligns with his vision of fostering impactful leadership and professional growth, noting that his initiatives, including the youth mentorship programme, ‘Explore Youth’, has empowered young minds and encouraged active citizenship.
He added that the induction has further amplified his influence in leveraging personality development to solve contemporary challenges and build stronger communities, submitting that his career trajectory reflects his dedication to building solutions that resonate both locally and globally.
Olanrewaju serves as the Group Managing Director of Lewaj Group, a diversified conglomerate with interests spanning media, advertising, agriculture, logistic, and real estate.
The group, under his leadership, has achieved remarkable milestones, including the growth of Ibadan Media into a leading online news platform and the execution of high-impact advertising campaigns through Lewaj Africa Limited.
