Cleric Tasks Nigerians On Unity, Collaboration To Tackle Nation’,s Challenges

Nigerians have been urged coalesce efforts and join hands together to tackle the current challenges confronting the nation.

The Planter of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Adamimogo Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain World Wide, Prophet Sam Olu Alo who gave the urge the collaboration among Nigerians irrespective of their ethnic backgrounds, religion, language, political affiliations will make Nigeria great again.

Prophet Olu-Alo spoke at a program themed: “Weep No More” held at Jesus City Lekki/Epe Express Way Lagos,.

Good number of people were empowered at the event with various learned skills such as CCTV Camera installation, shoe making fashion designing, security doors installation with cash.

Others are catering, snacks making, craft, adire making, weaving among others.

No fewer than 5,000 peoples were also feted by the ministry for nine days both in the morning and in the evening

The renowned cleric who decried that Nigeria still face numerous socio-economic issues despite being blessed with abundant resources and talented individuals said unity and collective efforts among citizenry will lead to meaningful and positive change in the country.

He, however, called on the people to focus on their strengths and work towards a common goal of national development, urging everyone to play their part in the nation-building process.

According to him, “We are all leaders, changing fortune of the nation for good is not only the responsibility of the President or governors, we also have a role to play as a citizen for the progress and development of the nation.

“Changing this nation for good start from each family, church, mosque, and even traditional worshippers, three things led to the current hardship, lack of love, ethnicity and lastly, our people has forgotten that they will die one day.

“Other developed countries has plan and focus for their citizens and won’t derail from it, Nigerians still like President Tinubu despite current challenges facing the nation. Our leaders should think of what can bring relief to the pains of Nigerians.”

Pastor Isaac Olu Eyebiokin of CAC, Essien Region of Ogun state and Benin Republic expressed optimism that Nigerians will laugh at the end of the day when things turn around for good across the nation.

He said, “We need to relate with ourselves with truth and seek the face of God, God owns mind of people and capable to change our mind for good.”

Commending Prophet Olu-Alo for his humanitarian works and impacting the lives of people, particularly the less privileged positively, he Chairman, Adamimogo FM Nigeria, Afolabi Imoukhuede described Prophet Olu-Alo as a person whose clear vision is about excellence.

“The cleric established the radio stations to jobs for unemployed youths, his efforts towards eradicating unemployment in the society can not be overemphasized”.

Speaking on the economic challenges of Nigeria, Imoukhuede said, “We would agreed that the steps, though painful have been taken by President Bola Tinubu, about the removal of the fuel subsidy and the floating of the Naira. These are needed overdue reforms .

“Now there are no reforms that will not come without pain . So it is the pain that we are currently bearing and it touches everybody, every class, nobody is left out. That is to let us know , as the president always enjoin us in his renewed hope message, that the pain will only be for short time and that things would normalize. I believe we as a country has no choice but to believe and to join hands with the government .

“Part of the reforms which is has made a lot debate and still ongoing, the consultation , is the tax reform bills. These again are essential reforms needed to reposition our economy. Once we reposition our economy, everybody will feel the positive impact just like during the pains, now we are all feeling hitching impart , we will also feel the positive impact in times to come.

“Nobody will say amy of these reform is not needed or is not long overdue. Let’s just bear the pains and hope for the harvest of reward shortly”

In her remarks, Dr. Olufemi Faweya said through ‘Prophet Sam Olu Alo Foundation’, the cleric has gave back to the social as part of his corporate social responsibility.

She said, “Prophet Alo gave back to less privileges and people who cannot afford access to basic medical facility through medical outreaches where we conducted virtual screening, we gave them readers (glasses), we gave them eye drops, we provided medical services to people in the community that have came to receive spiritual upliftment, we check their blood pressure, blood sugar, breast and cervical cancer.

“We we’re able to encourage all the women to screen any detection and come for regular check up. We’ve been able to see as many as 2000 women who we provided services including breast examination and checking their cervix for abnormality.”

Also, Engr Seyi Adamolekun and a gospel musician, Dele Dara who were gifted cars by the cleric, described the gift as a big luck and mercy speaking, saying despite not been a family member of the cleric, yet, the cleric turn around their life for good.
