Finchglow Unveils Online Digital Platform for Seamless Travel Experience

In a move to build high customers base and increase revenue for smaller agents, Finchglow Travels has unveiled an online digital platform for seamless travel experience and growth in the country.
The firm unveiled the platform during its 11th edition of its renowned PartnerPlus Connect (PPC) series, with the themed: “Fueling Your Travel Business for Growth.”
The event, meant to inspire and empower travel agencies with actionable insights, innovative strategies and valuable networking opportunities, brought together top professionals, partners, and stakeholders in the travel industry. was
The Marketing Manager of Finchglow Travels, Oluseyi Famade, while speaking in Abuja, hinted that the event aimed to bring growth and build stronger partnerships in the sector.
Famade said the organisation is thrilled to bring together key players in the travel industry to explore strategies, share knowledge, and unlock new opportunities for our trade partners and the industry at large.
Also speaking at the event supported by leading global airlines, including Air France-KLM and Delta Airlines, Regional Sales Manager, Finchglow Travels, Adeola Waheed, said the travel firm has been partnering airlines to render quality services to customers in the past eighteen years.
According to Waheed, “Basically, we are true partners with the airlines for flight tickets, we are also into hotel reservations, cargo services,
immigration services, protocol services. Basically, it’s a one-stop shop for all your traveling needs.”
While outlining high exchange rate as major challenge in the travel sector, she added: “We are trying to partner with other travel agents and we are introducing a new initiative where
we are creating an end-to-end automated platform, which leveraged on technology that
agents can sign on to, with us, and have access to all sorts of airlines, and they’re able to, from the comfort of their offices and homes log on to this platform and issue tickets.”
The Branch Manager, Abuja 2, Finchglow Travels, Bashirat Shittu also explained that the initiative is driven by technological innovations, and that Partner Plus Connect program, and Partner Plus products launched are to help travel agents, to enhance booking.
On his part, the Branch Manager, Finchglow Travels, Abuja 1, Mr. John Isaiah, said that the program, basically, is new innovation in the travel industry.
“The program, we are introducing today, is meant to strengthen the business. What we are trying to do is to leverage on how we can reduce costs for our clients, particularly the trade partners that are not up to our standard. We are 18 years in the industry, so we have good knowledge of the business. Our main aim for this platform is to be able to empower the upcoming travel agencies,” he said
