Cleric Offers Comfort to Families of Ibadan Funfair Stampede Victims

Renowned cleric and the Planter of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Adamimogo Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain Worldwide, Prophet Sam Olu Alo, has extended his condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims of the recent funfair stampede in Ibadan. He also expressed concern for those currently in police detention following the incident.

Prophet Alo urged those affected by the tragedy to remain calm during this difficult period. In a statement by his Personal Assistant, Deji Ogunbusuyi, the cleric emphasized the importance of faith and resilience, reminding the bereaved that God, as the giver and taker of life, will provide comfort in their sorrow.

Expressing his deep sympathy, Prophet Alo acknowledged the profound pain of losing loved ones, particularly under such unexpected circumstances. He encouraged the community to unite in compassion and support for one another, highlighting the critical role of unity during trying times.

The cleric called on local leaders and organizations to step forward in assisting the victims’ families and emphasized the need for proactive measures to ensure the safety of future public events. He advocated for improved crowd management and emergency response plans to prevent similar tragedies.

Prophet Alo also sympathized with Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde and the people of Oyo State over the incident. He commended the governor for his effective handling of the situation, which prevented further chaos.

In addition, the cleric felicitated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Ekiti State Governor Abiodun Oyebanji on his 57th birthday, and all Nigerians, including members of Adamimogo Worldwide, as they prepare for Christmas and the New Year.

He praised Governor Oyebanji’s contributions to the progress and development of Ekiti State since assuming office, describing his efforts as commendable.

Prophet Alo urged Nigerians to remain prayerful and hopeful for a brighter future, encouraging them to trust in God’s plans as the New Year approaches.
