Zularich Properties Marks Third Anniversary, Rewards Realtors

Lagos-based real estate firm, Zularich Properties has marked its third anniversary, reiterating its commitment to offering secured and profitable real estate investment opportunities.

At the ceremony which held in Lagos, recently, the firm also took time to appreciate its realtors who at the same went away with attractive gift items.

Four realtors, including Miracle Josiah, Lauretta Asemota, Adetoyese Damilare and Juliet Akuche were presented with brand new cars.

CEO of Zularich Properties, Dr. Johnpaul Enemuoh, stated that the  company remained committed to creating valued and affordable property investment opportunities to those seeking wealth through real estate.

He commended realtors, including those  selling houses, buildings, and land, describing them as the engine room of the real estate industry worthy to be celebrated.

“Right from the beginning, we have set out to deliver excellence and value, and we have fulfilled our mandate so far. To our esteemed realtors and partners, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for being an integral part of our success in 2024,”  Enemuoh said.

Partners and realtors present at the event testified to the company’s strides and landmark deals in the course of the year.

In June 2024, the company recorded the take-off of two new projects, Zularich Residences Phase One, at Sangotedo, and Sports City at Epe.

Chief Executive Officer of  Eystone Development,Hassan Ismail said, “Zularich’s growth has been phenomenal, and the company continues to contribute to the growth of the real estate sector in Lagos. That is why we are celebrating with them today”.

Also testifying , CEO of Zylus group, Dr. Oluwatosin Olajuyoye said that the company’s milestone is a testament to the continuous demand for real estate in Nigeria, despite the economic situation.
